Gone

When I allow others to control my life my future is in their hands. The past will not manage me because I live in the present.

Myself n I

i believe that the most beneficial of all healing is that of the mind.  Climbing mountains are more attainable at peace through understanding and loving myself first. No time for jealousy of another’s position in life. But strive for what’s within my own power and abilities will always make me a success.

Joy ride

Due to ups and downs of this life I’m living brings me to the belief that it is not intended to be solely a joy ride and physical or material abundance but one of learning through experience and talent. I have no desire to merely believe in the familiar but also what’s beyond understanding but observable.

Thought eliminator

Conscious thought teaches us to establish habits either good or bad. Therefore if life is not moving in direction of our preferences it is incumbent upon us to change routine thought patterns.

Researchers suggest it takes seven repetitions of new patterns of thought to eliminate outdated thought processing. Rome wasn’t built in a day.

know thyself

I need to know myself in order to manage my life successfully.  Self belief increases when I ask myself, not others, what I should do.

Defeat

There is no defeat until I have made it a part of my reality.  Plant in children’s minds the attitude of faith in self.

living effectively

People who love self do not hurt self.  They think of self as too significant to live with anxiety of self-hatred.  Being orphaned at age two it has taken many years for me to arrive at this space of self-satisfaction; but damn does it feel good to tackle fear of living effectively.  I’ve made many neurotic choices by believing I’m not strong.  It’s not the excellent performing but simply the doing itself that’s far more important.  Write contracts to self and add penalties for default.  I am my best friend because I like me.
